What this site collects
The short version. This site has one form. What you put into it comes to me by email and is used to prepare for our conversation. It is not sold, shared or added to any marketing list.
What the apply form collects
Your name, email address, country code and WhatsApp number, your answers to three questions about what has brought you here, and how you found me.
Why
So I can contact you to arrange a conversation, and so that conversation starts somewhere useful rather than at the beginning. Under UK and EU data protection law the basis for this is your consent, given by submitting the form, and my legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by my hosting provider and arrive in my email. Coaching clients also have a private Notion workspace holding session notes and resources. Sessions run on Google Meet.
How long it is kept
If we do not end up working together, I delete your enquiry within twelve months. If we do, I keep session records for as long as my professional body requires, and delete them after that.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, at any time. Email hello@jenniferjnunez.com and I will do it.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request. Essays may embed video from YouTube or Vimeo, which set their own cookies when you press play.
Confidentiality
What is said in a coaching session stays between us. The exceptions are the ones my professional body requires: a serious risk of harm, or a legal obligation.
